Maintaining financial viability can cause significant stress for FDC/IHC Educators when slow processes or no automated direct debit affect your ability to manage your fees and billing.
You know the saying death by a thousand cuts? Well it’s more like death by a thousand paper cuts. And then trying to sift through all that paper to submit timesheets (yep - kill me now).
Observations play a critical role in documenting a child’s development against early years learning frameworks. Tricky steps to link these to your cycle of planning is a dance routine we’d all like to forget.
All the software features you need in one safe hub
Whether you run your own business or are employed by a family daycare/in home care service, HubHello’s web based platform can simplify your administrative and EYLF tasks.
Digital sign in/out, digital timesheets, integrated parent portal and automated direct debit invoicing. Need we say more? (didn’t think so).
Prepopulated child lists from HubWorks, link observations to cycle of planning and choose what to share with parents via the integrated parent portal (tickedy, tick tick!).
Communicate with parents on the meals their child/ren are consuming and the nutritional value of these meals.
Paperless assessment, machine learning risk prediction and a Case Review Specialist to triage children to child protection services.
We've tailored our platform to suit the different needs of family daycare and in home care centres. Our global platform means educators and service staff access the same platform - removing the need to run multiple systems and duplicate data input.
