From complicated enrolment processes to manual CCS calculation to administration and observation software that don’t integrate. It’s like that family road trip no one wanted to be on.
When dealing with child and financial data - having confidence that the data is safely secured is paramount to abide by the Australian Government's 13 Privacy Principles.
Jumping back and forth from one system to the next to try and correlate income, parent payments and utilisation across all services will have you dizzy and seeing double.
Whether you operate a daycare, OSHC, kindergarten or family daycare, HubHello’s secure web based platform can simplify complex tasks.
Our global platform means enterprise/council staff, service staff, educators and parents can all access the same platform - removing the need to run multiple systems and duplicate data input.
If you are running multiple services - everyone can still access the same platform - regardless if you have different types of services such as daycare, OSHC, kindergarten and family daycare centres.
Additionally as parents receive the one global login, if they have children attending more than one service, they do not need to manage different accounts and login details - everything is available in the one place.
The HubHello platform has been built using responsive User Interface (UI) design, so regardless of what size device you are using across desktop, tablet and mobile, HubHello will respond accordingly and you can continue to navigate with ease.
Easy navigation is one thing, but when using HubHello you also get to access powerful data - and quickly (*drool*). Our platform has implemented:
- AWS CloudFront to distribute static content, ensuring fast page load times.
- Auto-scaling and Load balancing utilised to scale to suit growing traffic.
- Data-rich, real-time processing and visualisation of information.
From automatically calculating fluctuating CCS to alerting you in real-time if your recipes are meeting Australian Dietary Guidelines - the HubHello platform is kitted out with some swagger technology.
iPay Dynamic (direct debit) - Automatic calculation includes your set billing frequency, increased or reduced days of attendance, and changes to a family's CCS subsidy.
feedAustralia’s fully integrated meal planning tool - A real time assessment of your planned menus against nutrient, energy and serving size data. The tool also enables you to auto generate shopping lists on the fly and complete your online grocery order.
Safe risk prediction rating - Safe uses machine learning and language processing technology to analyse each Safe assessment and provide a risk prediction rating for each child. Each assessment is analysed from a data set of over 230,000 children nationwide.

feedAustralia dashboard
The dashboard provides you with the ability to readily track your progress of the nutritional rating of your menus over time.
Safe dashboard
The dashboard flags the most at risk children can be readily identified and focused on first. The dashboard also includes a heatmap, which can be used to identify specific areas where family support services could be deployed.

We have extensive experience integrating with web-based services since the platform's release as the first Government-registered web-based Child Care Management System in 2008. At a high level, they include:
Local Government financial package integrations
Using a combination of native API’s and SFTP file delivery from HubWorks to services. We have successfully integrated and maintained integrations with Finance One, SAP, Green Tree, Synergy and Pathways.
Web Services
There are over 50 micro web services we currently integrate with and maintain. The larger ones include Child Care Subsidy System REST API, Services Australia REST API, Payrix - Direct Debit PCI/DSS compliant web service and Raising Children’s public resources web service.
HubHello’s centralised platform enables you to select what modules within HubWorks, Electronic Sign In (ESI), Educate and feedAustralia that staff and educators can see or edit - you can also set privileges for.
Staff can be set at service or enterprise level (for multi services) and privileges can be set to ensure that only those that should have access to particular sections have this.
Administrator (Director, Manager) users have all privileges inside the organisation and are able to add, suspend or change passwords of other users and assign fine-grained privileges to each user (for example: ability to generate reports and submit attendances).
Each operation involving data change is logged and this Audit Log is available for Administrator users to check when, by whom and which operation was performed.
We are proudly 100% web based - and have been so from the beginning. As an Australian owned and operated company, HubHello was the first web based Dept of Education registered CCMS provider in 2007.
HubHello has been an official Amazon Web Services (AWS) technical partner since 2016. Working with AWS system architects, we have become experts at building fast, responsive, stable and above all, secure programs.
We are proud to be the first ECEC software provider of nutritional education (feedAustralia) and early intervention protection (Safe) programs. Both programs have been developed utilising global leading sector expertise and innovative technology, such as machine learning and language processing.
Our childcare software pricing is built on a scaling fee structure that enables you to choose the products and features that best suit your needs - that way you only pay for what you need to.
